Q. How sturdy are the pet necklaces?

A. While we guarantee our work, fauxpawz designs are “jewelry” and not meant to be used with a leash or in rough play.

All jewelry is strung on sturdy coated stainless wire and made with the highest quality components to withstand normal wear.

Q. What about safety?

A. Your choice of clasp will assist in the safety design of this product. If safety is a concern, a special breakaway clasp can be selected instead of a toggle closure for a quick release option.
Pearl and crystal beads (in both the necklace and bracelet) should be checked regularly.

Q. How do I measure my Pet’s neck size?

Q. What is an Ensemble?

A. Our designs have been created with Ensemble in mind. What could be better than the ultimate gift for your pet as well as a one of a kind gift for you? The Ensemble is just that……a pet necklace for your pet and matching bracelet for the pet owner. Truly two gifts in one!

Q. What size is the matching bracelet?

A. The standard bracelet size is 8”. If you require a larger or smaller size (for children or petite gals), please complete the "Add Comments About Your Order" portion on our Check Out page.

Q. What if I want more than one bracelet to match my pet necklace? Say, one for my daughter and one for myself?

A. Absolutely. We often have requests for either multiple pet necklaces to match bracelets (for more than one cat and dog in the family) as well as more than one bracelet to match a pet necklace (for Mother/Daughter to match their pet). Click on the "Add Comments About Your Order" portion on our Check Out page and add the number of pet necklaces and/or bracelets you wish to add (including size, pendant, clasp, etc.).

Q. What if I only want to buy a pet necklace?

A. If a pet necklace is all you really desire, click on No Ensemble during the Check Out process. The price of the matching bracelet will be deducted from the order total.

Q. Do you make personalized (custom) designs?

A. Absolutely. See a size not on our website? Want to include your Pet’s name, birthstone, favorite color? Or just need jewelry to match the purrrrect outfit? Who doesn’t!

We will gladly accept your design ideas and will create a custom Ensemble just for you. Please contact customerservice@fauxpawz.com with your personalized requests.

Q. Do you sell Wholesale?

Q. If this is a Gift, can I include a Note Card?

A. Yes. During the Check Out process click on Gift Wrap then complete the "Add Comments About Your Order" section. Your fauxpawz gift will arrive gift wrapped with an enclosure card containing you sentiments…….just as if it came direct from you.

Q. How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?

A. During the Check Out process click on Redemption Code and enter the number referenced on the bottom right corner of your gift certificate. The certificate amount will be applied to the order total.

Q. Can I sign up to receive special updates, newsletters, promotions?

A. Yes. Please click on Enter & Win and complete the form. Your name will automatically be added to our mailing list as well as be entered into our monthly draw.

Q. What is your Return Policy?

A. All sales are final. We do however understand that slight errors may occur. If you have any questions or comments regarding your order please contact customerservice@fauxpawz.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We take pride in our unique product design and quality and will make every effort to resolve a concern because your business is very important to us.
